Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions, and by participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please print a copy of these Terms and Conditions and retain for future reference.

Promoter: pladis (UK) Limited, Building 3, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, Chiswick, London W4 5YA (please do not send correspondence to this address).

1. Eligibility: Entry is open to business account customers in participating Wholesale Outlets in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), aged 18 or over. The following are excluded from entry:

   1. Directors, management, and employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.
   2. Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter, or any third parties professionally connected with the competition or its administration.
   3. Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

2. Requirements: Purchase of a qualifying case, see clause (5), a wholesale business account and mobile phone are necessary to enter. Maximum one 1 entry per valid purchase invoice. Please retain an original itemised invoice that states the time and date of purchase, as this will be required for the claim and in order for winners to receive their Prize.

3. Promotional Period: The Promotion opens 00:00 on 27/03/26 and closes 23:59 on 26/07/26 (the “Closing Date”).

4. Entry Instructions: The smartphone must be linked to an active account with a recognised telephone services provider. The account holder must be the same person completing the registration.

   Step 1 — Purchase

   Purchase any 1 qualifying case, see clause (5). Keep a copy of your purchase receipt or invoice. The receipt must clearly show the purchase date, retailer and product purchased.

   Step 2 — Access the entry page

   Scan the QR code on the qualifying case(s) or visit the promotional website at https://winbigwithjacobs.co.uk.

   Step 3 — Complete the entry form

   Complete the entry form with the required business and contact details and upload a copy of a valid purchase receipt or invoice.

   Step 4 — Submit your entry and chance to win

   Valid entries will be entered into the promotion and have a chance to win a Prize. The prize fund and prize descriptions are set out in (8). Potential winners will be notified immediately what they have won (subject to validation).

   Step 5 — Winner notification & claiming

   Potential winners who have been notified on screen will receive a text message to the mobile number provided containing a secure link to provide their details.

   Step 6 — Verification and fulfilment

   All winners are subject to verification (including validation of identity, eligibility and proof of purchase). The Promoter may refuse to fulfil a prize where an entry is incomplete, fraudulent, or fails verification.

6. The Promoter will not accept:

   1. Responsibility for late, incorrect, illegible, incomplete, defaced, corrupt, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed entries.
   2. Proof of transmission as proof of receipt.

7. No third party or bulk entries. Automated entries, entries via syndicates, macros or similar will be disqualified. Fraudulent activity or falsifying data will void all associated entries and prizes.

8. Prizes:

   1. Tier 1: 8 x Sony Home stadium set-ups, worth a minimum of £1500. This will include a 55” SONY BRAVIA 5 TV with a SONY Bar 6, models subject to stock availability (Guaranteed to be won).
   2. Tier 2: Over 60,000 available - Sony SRS-XB100 Wireless Bluetooth Travel Speaker via instant win. Not all prizes may be won.

9. Winner Selection:

   • Tier 1 Prize - During the main Promotional Period, 8 “winning moments” (hours, minutes, seconds) have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. The first valid entry on or after that winning moment will be awarded the Prize. If no entry is received between one winning moment to the next, the Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over, creating an additional winning moment. All 8 winning moment Prizes have been made available, and it is intended that they will be won.
   • Tier 2 Prize - Winners are determined by a computer-generated algorithm. Winners will be notified instantly, and the prize won will be displayed.

10. Winner Notification:

    Tier 1 potential winners - Notified instantly on screen and by text. Must claim within 14 days, subject to validation.

    Tier 2 potential winners - Notified instantly on screen and by text. Must claim within 14 days, subject to validation.

11. Prize Delivery:

    Tier 1 winners - The Promoter’s agency will collect the winner’s name, business name and address via a data collection form via the link sent in the text message to each potential winner. Home stadium prizes will be fulfilled within 28 days of validation.

    Tier 2 winners - The Promoter’s agency will collect the winner’s name, business name and address via a data collection form via the link sent in the text message to each potential winner. - Sony Wireless Bluetooth Speaker prizes will be fulfilled within 28 days of validation.

12. Winners are advised to discuss any HMRC liability incurred by winning a prize with their tax advisor.

13. Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may be prevented from providing some or all the Prize elements due to unforeseen circumstances. In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute or cancel some or all of the Prize, and neither the Promoter nor the Companies accept responsibility in these circumstances.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion if deemed necessary due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

15. The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters relating to the Promotion.

16. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened the Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Winner.

17. The Winners’ surnames and counties can be requested by emailing info@winners-list.com with the subject “8661 Winners List” and will be available for a period of 4 weeks from 26/07/26.

18. By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if he or she is a Winner, his or her surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

19. Entrants must enter the Promotion using their legal name. The Promoter will verify the eligibility of prize winners. The Promoter will require such information that it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose, and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

20. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Reward awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

    1. Verify the eligibility of entrants by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Reward may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
    2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
    3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
    5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as “script”, “brute force”, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
    6. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

21. Where a Winner has been found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and in particular where a person is in breach of the entry restrictions, the Promoter may nevertheless still enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to the Promoter of any Prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or Winner in question.

22. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty in relation to any Prize provided. Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we hereby exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or Winner in connection with or arising out of this Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing herein shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation. For the avoidance of doubt, this paragraph shall also apply in respect of any prize provided by a third-party provider.

23. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

24. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

25. Winners may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.

26. This Promotion is governed by English Law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
